In the report, the truth

Real business value from data

The prestigious Hungarian wine retail chain revolutionized its sales by implementing the Nextent BI solution

What and why is happening? What should be the next step?

Due to the lack of proper data analysis, Bortársaság (Wine Company) was unable to answer the above questions, which eventually made it challenging for them to adapt to market trends and make informed decisions. They needed a BI solution that could fundamentally change their sales strategy, allowing them to plan each step based on solid evidence.

With data analysis, there is a tremendous opportunity for sales representatives to increase their sales and gain satisfied, repeat customers.

Release Orchestration

Automation and standardization in the spirit of transparency

OTP Bank Nyrt., Hungary’s largest commercial bank, which operates nearly 1700 bank branches in Central and Eastern Europe, automated its release processes with the implementation of a new IT system.

OTP Bank entrusted the task to experts from Nextent Informatika Zrt., who utilized a product called Digital.ai Release during the project. Digital.ai Release is a release orchestration tool specifically designed to support continuous delivery processes in DevOps (the capability to safely and rapidly release code at any time, typically within a few hours). Its usage enables different teams within an organization to model and control releases (meaning issued or deployed versions or software releases), automate tasks within the IT infrastructure, and facilitate the reduction of release cycle times through analysis and improvement of the release processes.

In short, it connects the people and tools involved in the release and synchronizes tasks.

The lack of release transparency within the bank fundamentally drove the need for implementation. With numerous teams working within OTP, many individuals were releasing in different systems and processes without standardization. These processes lacked visibility, leaving management and participants in the release with no information on the progress of specific tasks. Additionally, the excessive manual work resulted in extremely low reportability of the entire process.

Smart hotel features at your fingertips

In a single application

Nextent Informatika Zrt., in collaboration with Smart Hotel Solution Zrt., has created Hotelify, the first smart hotel management system that significantly improves efficiency through cost optimization, optimized workforce organization, and potential energy consumption reduction of up to 20 percent.

The solution was primarily born out of the situation caused by COVID in 2020 when there was a growing demand to provide various services to hotel guests in a contactless manner, minimizing personal interactions. In recent years, there has been a growing focus on adding an extra dimension to hotel services through various smart home and smart solutions, which allows for standing out from the crowd more easily. It was within this context that the idea was conceived, which then developed into a comprehensive solution.

“Our Hotelify solution introduces pioneering innovations in the field of hotel operations and hotel usage functions. We have unique connections with Property Management Systems (PMS) that serve hotel management, and we firmly believe that our solution, which handles a multitude of important personal data and critical systems, provides another key competitive advantage in terms of functionality and data security.”
